According to a study, the average four-year-old laughs 400 times a day while the average adult laughs about 10 to 15 times a day. With all the responsibilities, anxieties and monotonous activities, we have forgotten how to laugh.


Laughter has a myriad of health benefits. Studies have shown that good, hearty laughter can relieve tension and stress; boost the immune system, by reducing stress hormones and boosting the happy hormones.
